Dear colleagues!
The Institute for Foreign Policy Studies, with the assistance of the General Directorate for Foreign Missions, invites you to participate in a round table for foreign diplomatic missions, leading Ukrainian media, and experts on the topic: “Ukraine's progress towards EU membership in 2025: achievements, challenges and prospects”, which will take place on November 25, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:10 p.m., at the Media Center of the General Directorate for Servicing Foreign Missions at 6 Pirohov Street.
The following conceptual issues will be discussed during the round table.
1. The results turned out to be better than expected.
2. Can the problems with NABU and SAB be considered a litmus test for the fight against corruption and justice reform in Ukraine?
3. Assessment of Ukraine's progress in implementing European integration reforms.
4. Problems hindering Ukraine's progress towards EU membership.
5. What can we expect in 2026?
6. Is the assessment of the undemocratic nature of the ‘Yedyni Novyny’ telethon under martial law in Ukraine objective?
7. Environmental and military security as a challenge and prospect for the future of Ukraine.
